12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 12.2 Waiver

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or rules posted on ph152, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph152 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
